血清25-羟维生素D3 水平与糖代谢的相关性研究

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨血清25-羟维生素D3 〔25(OH)D3 〕水平与糖代谢之间的相关性。方法 横断面调查纳入研究对象668例,收集人口统计学资料、现病史和生活习惯资料,对研究对象进行体检,测定其血清糖代谢相关指标水平和25(OH)D3 质量浓度,并分析糖代谢指标水平与25(OH)D3 质量浓度之间的关系。结果 ①葡萄糖耐量正常(NGT)组( n=479)、血糖调节受损(IGR)组( n=121)和糖尿病(DM)组( n=68)之间的血清25(OH)D3 水平差异无统计学意义( P>0.05);维生素D缺乏组、维生素D不足组和维生素D足量组之间糖代谢异常的发生、空腹血糖(FPG)、口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)2 h 血糖(2 h BG)、稳态模式评估法的胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、复合的胰岛素敏感性指数(ISI-composite)、稳态模式评估法的β细胞功能(HOMA-β)、OGTT试验中前30 min胰岛素增加和血糖增加的比值(ΔI30/ΔG30)的差异无统计学意义( P>0.05); 血清25(OH)D3 水平与糖代谢异常的发生、FPG、2 h BG、HOMA-IR、ISI-composite、HOMA-β和ΔI30/ΔG30之间的相关性无统计学意义( P>0.05)。结论 糖代谢与血清25(OH)D3 水平之间无相关性。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the relationship between serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 〔25(OH)D3 〕 concentration and glucose metabolism. Methods This cross-sectional survey recruited 668 participants, and the demographic and clinical characteristics of the participants were obtained from questionnaires. Physical examination and blood biochemical examination were performed, then the participants were divided into three groups as normal glucose tolerant (NGT) group, impaired glucose regulation(IGR) group, and diabetes mellitus (DM) group. Results There was no statistical significant difference in serum 25(OH)D3 concentration among the three groups ( P>0.05). With comparison of different serum 25(OH) D3 concentration, there was no statistical significant difference in the incidence of DM and IGR, FPG, 2 h BG, HOMA-IR, ISI-composite, HOMA-β or ΔI30/ΔG30 ( P>0.05). Serum 25(OH)D3 concentration was not associated with DM, IGR, FPG, 2 h BG, HOMA-IR, ISI-composite, HOMA-β or ΔI30/ΔG30 ( P>0.05). Conclusion No relationship between serum 25(OH)D3 concentration and glucose metabolism is comfirmed.
