健康人文潜力之医学动画:叙事医学与医学动画交叉融合的创新教育

The Innovative Education of Cross-Disciplinary Integration of Narrative Medicine With Medical Animation: Exploring the Potential of Health Humanities

  • 摘要: 健康人文是在探讨将人文学科与健康领域相结合的新理念。传统上,医学和健康领域主要侧重于生物医学模型,强调疾病的病理机制和治疗方案。然而,近年来,越来越多的人开始认识到,健康是一个综合性的概念,不仅仅受到生物学因素的影响,还受到心理、社会、文化等因素的影响,医学人文学科应运而生。本文通过将现象学、社会设计与健康设计的建构,建构医患叙事共同体,通过讲故事整合叙事医学与医学动画,针对本科生的医学动画课程的可行性研究,将人文学科的思维模式和方法论与健康领域实践相融合,交叉叙事医学与医学动画的理论与技术,探索医学教育的创新教育路径,以期为更全面地理解和促进人类健康提供一些新的基础。

     

    Abstract: Health humanities are concerned with exploring the novel concept of integrating the humanities with health-related fields. Traditionally, medicine and healthcare have been primarily focused on a biomedical paradigm, with particular emphasis on the pathological mechanisms and treatment protocols of diseases. However, in recent years, there has been growing recognition that health is a holistic concept influenced not only by biological factors but also by psychological, social, cultural, and other factors, which leads to the emergence of medical humanities. Herein, we constructed a narrative community shared by physicians and patients through the frameworks of phenomenology, social design, and health design. By integrating narrative medicine with medical animation through storytelling and focusing on the feasibility study of an undergraduate course on medical animation, this study synthesizes the conceptual frameworks and methodologies of the humanities with health-related practices, integrating the theories and techniques of narrative medicine with those of medical animation. Through this interdisciplinary approach, we investigated innovative pathways in medical education, attempting to establish new foundations for a more comprehensive understanding and promotion of human health.
