  • 摘要: 上斜肌是眼外肌中走行最长,功能最复杂的眼外肌。在斜视领域,上斜肌手术是最复杂、难度最大的手术。本文重点回顾上斜肌手术的发展历史,包括上斜肌减弱手术和上斜肌加强手术,探讨各类上斜肌手术的优缺点和适应症,加强眼科同行对上斜肌手术的全面了解,有利于合理选择和开展上斜肌手术。
