羧甲淀粉钠溶液佐治儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床分析

Using Carboxymethl Starch Sodium Solution for the Treatment of Children with Cough Variation Asthma

  • 摘要: 目的 分析应用羧甲淀粉钠溶液联合吸入糖皮质激素布地奈德治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果。方法 96例被诊断为儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的病例随机分为2组,对照组49例、治疗组47例,对照组常规治疗基础上雾化吸入布地奈德,剂量分别为:1~5岁500 μg/次,6~14岁1 mg/次,2次/d, 12周后给予停药;治疗组患儿在对照组治疗的基础上,给予口服羧甲淀粉钠溶液,剂量分别为:1~3岁3 mL/次,4~7岁5 mL/次,8~14岁7 mL/次,3次/d,12周后给予停药。观察比较两组患儿治疗后4周、8周、12周的临床疗效,治疗前后咳嗽症状积分,治疗前后血清IgE水平的变化,不良反应及复发率情况。结果 治疗组8周与12周的临床总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后4周、8周、12周的咳嗽症状积分改善(P<0.05)和治疗后12周的血清IgE水平较对照组下降(P<0.05);复发率和不良反应低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 羧甲淀粉钠溶液联合布地奈德在咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿治疗中能提高有效率,减少复发,安全有效。

     

    Abstract: Objective To analysis the clinical characterist ics of children with cough variation asthma (CVA) who received treatments with Carboxymethl starch sodium solution and inhaled Glucocorticoid budesonide. Methods A total of 96 children with CVA were divided into two g rou p randomly. The control group (n=49) received inhaled budesonide treatment ( 500 μg/times in 1-5 years old children, 1 mg/times and 2 times/day in 6-14 ye a rs old children over a 12 week period). The children in treatment group (n=4 7) were given carboxymethl starch sodium solution (3 mL/times in 1-3 years old children, 5 mL/times in 4-7 years old children, 7 mL/times in 8-14 years old c hildren, 3 times/day) in addition to the inhaled budesonide treatment. Observati ons were made on clinical therapeutic effects, cough score and the level of IgE 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks after the treatments, respectively. Recurrence rat e and adv erse reactions were investigated. Results Compared with the con trol group, the treatment group had significantly improved clinical characterist ics after 8 weeks and 12 weeks of treatments (P<0.05), and reduced cough sco res after 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks of treatments (P<0.05). The IgE leve l of the children in the treatment group was significantly lower than the contro ls after 12 weeks of treatments (P<0.05). The treatment group also had significantly lower recurrence rate and adverse reactions than the controls ( P<0.05).Conclusion Carboxymethl starch sodium solution can boost the clinical efficiency of inhaled budesonide in the treatment of childre n with cough variant asthma. It is safe and effectual.
