  • 摘要: 睡眠剥夺的发生率逐年攀升,人们也越发关注睡眠剥夺对躯体与认知的影响。同时,工作记忆也是许多高级认知功能的基石,因此本文从睡眠剥夺对工作记忆的影响,影响睡眠剥夺对工作记忆作用的相关因素及可能存在的作用机制入手,整理回顾近年来的相关文献,旨在更加完整地了解睡眠剥夺对工作记忆的影响,并为制定科学合理的睡眠策略提供依据。
