Challenges of and Responses to Mental Health Problems in the Post-COVID-19 Era

  • 摘要: 新型冠状病毒感染疫情(新冠疫情)暴发以来,新型冠状病毒持续变异,国内新发疫情不断出现,疫情防控形势依然严峻。新冠疫情不仅会影响患者的精神心理健康,还会导致家属、医务人员、大学生、青少年、儿童、甚至普通人群的精神心理问题明显增加。目前我国新冠疫情形势复杂,公众面临着病毒感染或再次感染的新威胁和疫情对个人的工作、学习、经济收入等各方面的严重影响,与疫情相关的精神心理问题仍非常突出。我国政府相关部门和卫生机构在实施疫情防控工作过程中,非常重视公众的心理健康工作,如何紧密配合我国疫情防控要求,提高我国突发公共卫生事件精神心理卫生服务水平,保证后疫情时代下公众的心理健康状况和幸福水平是当前的一项重要任务。本文在总结前期新冠疫情相关的精神心理问题的基础上,提出后疫情时代精神心理问题的应对策略。
