He received relevant training and certification at King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital in Thailand 2009, at San Matteo Hospital Pavia，A.O. Niguarda Ca’ Granda Milan in Italy, and SAMU 93，Avicenne Hospital Paris, France in 2011. After that, he carried out relevant international and domestic exchanges and cooperation, As the international lecturer of World Interactive Network Focused on Critical Ultrasoundand Canadian Critical Ultrasound Institute, he delivered many trainings and lectures in Europe, South and North America and Asia to promote critical care ultrasound, and has also been invited to give speech by CHEST World Conference.In 2013, he and his colleagues established CCUSG, set up a complete training system for critical ultrasonography, proposed a critical care training system based on critical ultrasonography, then established CCUSG working committee in 2015，led the completion of "Chinese Experts Consensus on critical ultrasonography", "Experts consensus on the management of the right heart function in critically ill patients " and "Technical specification for clinical application of critical ultrasonography ". In 2016, He and his CCUSG colleagues held the first Chinese Academic Conference on Critical Ultrasonography in Chengdu. After that, four annual conferences on Critical Ultrasonography were organized. In 2016, the Chinese Cooperative Network for Critical Ultrasonography (CCUCN) was set up in Chengdu. So does the first Chinese organization for training and development of critical care medicine, the Critical Care E Institute (CCEI), was set up in Beijing. He was the earliest one to propose sub-specialty and sub-subject, and emphasized the nature of sub-specialty of Critical Ultrasonography in critical care medicine. Beijing Research Association on Critical Ultrasonography(CCUSG@BEIJING) was established by him on June 18, 2018. As an important component of CCEI, Chinese Critical Hypothermia⁃Sedation Therapy Study Group ， he led the completion of the first “Experts consensus on the management of delirium in critically ill patients” in 2019.He is also one of the first doctors in China to practice network-based telemedicine. He has cooperated with WINFOCUS to construct a mobile tele-visualization critical care platform and such platform was adopted by the government of Italy to use as the supporting platform of emergency and critical rescue for 2015 Milan EXPO. On April 10th，2014, He was invited to deliver a speech on telemedicine practice on Infopoverty World Conference, in the New York Headquarter of United Nations, in the same year he also delivered a speech on the International Congress on Innovations in Global Trauma Care. As a member of CSCUG, he also established a network platform and database system of clinical research based on interactive process with his colleagues, which laid a solid foundation for clinical research of ICU.
Critical care ultrasound in ICU: It’s time to develop!

The critical care ultrasound，not only a tool of monitoring but also a method of collecting comprehensive visualized information, is becoming more and more widespread in ICU. It can assist critical care physicians to comprehensively and thoroughly grasp the patient's condition,obtain efficient and accurate clinical informations and help standardized implementation of treatment. The meaning and development of critical care ultrasound are iluminated and the concept of critical care ultrasound and visualized diagnosis and treatment are put forward in comments of Critical Care Ultrasound as Core Technology and Visualization Critical Care as Core Skills;it comes up with the summary of some keypoints, in which contribute to the construction of the theoretical system. In this comment, there are some keynotes illuminated. Critical care ultrasound and critical care medicine promote each other and critical care ultrasound could solve bottleneck problems of critical care medicine. Critical care ultrasound have already been a core skill of ciritical care physicians. Early warning under critical care ultrasound could guide protective therapy of organs. However, quality control of critical care ultrasound is the premise of its widespread use.Understanding these key points is of great significance for a deeper understanding of critical care ultrasoundand visualized diagnosis and treatment, and improvement of clinical practice and scientific research.
