Status of Health Economics Research on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia

  • 摘要: 失眠的认知行为治疗(cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia, CBT-I)是治疗失眠障碍的一线治疗方法。本文回顾了目前主要的CBT-I应用形式及相应的卫生经济学研究,并与药物治疗进行比较,发现目前多数证据表明CBT-I效果持久,可以降低未来医疗花费,具有长期的经济优势。目前我国没有关于CBT-I经济效益的相关研究报道,本综述可为我国未来开展相关研究提供参考,也为临床医生与失眠患者在未来选择CBT-I作为失眠的治疗方案提供经济学视角的参考。
