我国儿童哮喘诊治现状和思考

Review of and Reflections on the Current Status of Childhood Asthma Diagnosis and Treatment in China

  • 摘要: 近几十年来,我国儿童哮喘患病率总体呈上升趋势,哮喘的诊治水平虽然也有了明显提高,但是目前我国儿童哮喘的总体控制水平尚未达到理想水平,其原因主要涉及:过高的社会压力等因素导致临床医生对儿童哮喘的准确诊断仍存不足;临床医师对环境污染等可能影响儿童哮喘患病率上升和哮喘控制不良的可控因素的认识不足;临床哮喘治疗的规范化程度有待进一步提高。因此,临床医生应提高对儿童哮喘的认识,根据指南制定治疗方案,不断提高儿童哮喘的临床管理水平。
